This course will cover beginning college algebra
The major characteristics:
if the students have problem with leaning algebra I think we need to developing design of online courses in the college, also we should follow certain steps to raise the level of students.
Instructor(s):
the professors who teach this course they have different level of experience with technology skills and online teaching. The professor who has a high quality skills use podcast to record his classes or might use website to add exercise homework to raise the level of his students and he contact with his student throw WebPages or skype . On the other hand the professor who has less experienced use video or slide show and he contact with his student throw the email.
Students:
The students in this class are college freshmen and sophomores with good technology skills and also they know how to learning online. Student in this class should be very helpful and they contact with each other throw different ways;

- discussion boards
- Twitter
And they meet outside of the class .
Also there are some tutors who can help another students that have difficulty.

The course is a philosophy of leadership class. In this course I will focus more to developing the online tools also use many type of technology in classes room “face to face” , to raise the level of student:
- Use the online program and face to face
- Create podcast has the lectures
- add some links about the object of the class in the blackboard to help student to learn more .
Instructor(s):
“The instructor is an experienced face-to-face instructor with good tech skills and prior online teaching experience. This instructor prefers lecture and discussion classes. “ The professor in this course like the face to face class for many reasons:
-It’s important to him to see their students' reaction about the lecture.
- It’s important to him to make students discussion the lecture with each other face to face.
Students:
“Graduate students who are well motivated and with a wide range of technology skills, from very basic to very advanced.” This student like to deal with technology also they have a good backgrounds of how they use technology to learning new things like : researching throw internet or visit the library of the university .

This course is an introduction to college success. It teaches study skills, communication skills, and tries to help students learn how to fit into the college community.
Instructor(s):
“This course will be taught by various instructors all with good tech skills and prior online teaching experience but who have never taught this content before.” Professor in this course should make sure that students had a good understanding about the subject and ask them to do summery after each lecture. Also the professor should be flexible with his students.
Students:
“Students are incoming freshman who have been identified by advisors as high risk for drop out. “Student in this course they need a lot of intargment from instructor.

Is this course I will focus to make every student feel convertible by using new technology. I will use the blackboard and email to contact with students.
In the first and second class I will ask them to create their own blogs to post their assignment in it. They can find the steps ant some recommend blogs in the blackboard.
Each student must post their assignment every week and also they should but same thing he/she like to share with another students, that not related to the subject “that make student be more active in their blogs “
I will ask student to download skype program to communicate with each other so that they can do their project with each other.
